Meet Our Team

Chelsea Metcalf, MS., CCC-SLP

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Speech Therapy from Lambuth University, a Master’s in Deaf Education from Vanderbilt University, and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Tennessee State University. I’ve spent the entirety of my professional career in Middle Tennessee public schools, serving students aged 3-22 with a variety of speech, language, and hearing needs. My experience has deepened my passion for helping children communicate effectively and confidently.

Outside of my professional life, my husband and I have been married since 2013, and we have one daughter.  I enjoy reading, crafting, traveling, and exploring homeschool rhythms with my family. These interests keep me grounded and continuously learning, both personally and professionally.

Hayley Nichols, MS., CCC-SLP

I have been a licensed speech-language pathologist since 2014. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Eastern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Speech- Language Pathology from Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville. During my professional career, I have worked in both the adult and pediatric settings with a majority of my career spent serving students from ages 3-22 with a variety of communication needs. During this time, I fell in love with helping students become effective communicators while increasing their confidence and success within the classroom.

Within my personal life, my husband and I have been married for 13 years and have four children, three daughters and a son. In our time away from work, we enjoy chauffeuring each of them to various sporting events, traveling, attending church, and taking time to slow down and enjoy our kids.
